Pre-Reactor is a dietary supplement that contains caffeine anhydrous, amino tadalafil, mirodenafil, and 1.4 DMAA. These ingredients are purported to improve exercise performance, focus, fat burning, and lean mass. Additionally, tadalafil is reported to improve muscle function, and mirodenafil is known to be an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction. The ImPACT test, a computerized neurocognitive assessment, was used to measure neurocognitive performance such as attention, verbal recognition memory and visual working memory following ingestion of a DMAA containing supplement.
